Red Wine

VINTAGE: 2017.

ORIGIN: IGP Pays d’Oc, South of France.

GRAPES: grenache, syrah, merlot

SOILS: chalky-clay and siliceous-clay gravels.

WINEMAKING:  each varietal and terroir are vinified separately. One week maceration at low temperature for syrah and grenache. Long maceration at higher temperature for merlot with pumping over and punch downs to obtain more structure. Blending after winter and ageing in concrete tanks.

TASTING AND SERVING: the best way to appreciate our wines is to invite friends over, open a bottle and enjoy the moment. Our Rouge has flavors of red fruits and cocoa. It is soft & lush.

Description

Olivier Coste is a talented winemaker from the South of France.
His family has made wine in the Languedoc since 1701. Since childhood, his favorite places to play have been the vineyards, and the family wine cellar. With this upbringing he developed a passion for nature and for his region’s wines.
Today, Olivier and his team do all that they can to make great wines while ensuring a better future for our planet.
