Chardonnay

VINTAGE: 2017.

ORIGIN: IGP Pays d’Oc, South of France.

GRAPES: chardonnay.

SOILS: chalky-clay and siliceous-clay gravels.

WINEMAKING: grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness. Each terroir is vinified separately. They are destemmed before a short skin contact maceration. Fermentation temperature is maintained low (15-18°C) to enhance fruitiness. Wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING AND SERVING: the best way to appreciate our wines is to invite friends over, open a bottle and enjoy the moment.
Our Chardonnay is unoaked, it is fresh and fruity.

Description

Olivier Coste is a talented winemaker from the South of France.
His family has made wine in the Languedoc since 1701. Since childhood, his favorite places to play have been the vineyards, and the family wine cellar. With this upbringing he developed a passion for nature and for his region’s wines.
Today, Olivier and his team do all that they can to make great wines while ensuring a better future for our planet.
