Description

Carignan Noir is one of the greatest grape varieties, long emblematic of the South of France.

To reveal its full character, it requires careful cultivation: low yields, stony soils and traditional gobelet pruning.

Here, it gives a deep yet fresh wine, with notes of dark fruit, spices and garrigue.
