Description
Carignan blanc is a rare grape varietal from the South of France.
We like it for its originality, vivacity, floral aromas and long finish.
ORIGIN: Vin de France.
GRAPES: Carignan blanc.
SOILS: Limestone.
WINEMAKING: Grapes are harvested at night to avoid oxidation. They are destemmed before a 24-hour maceration. Then, they are pressed and ferment at low temperature to promote freshness and aromatic expression.
TASTING AND SERVING: This wine is fresh and floral with great minerality. The best way to savor our wines: invite friends over, open a bottle and enjoy the moment 🙂
